MINI SESSION AGREEMENT
Here are a some pointers to keep in mind to assure that everything goes smoothly and that you get the most out of your session. These sessions are "mini" at a fraction of a regular session.
Appointment Time:
You must arrive on time -- not early, not late. Because these sessions are fast-paced, back-to-back; there are clients right before you and immediately after you. If you are late we can only shoot for the time left of your session. For example, if your session is at 11:00 but you arrive at 11:10, you will only have 10 minutes left of your session. If you're not familiar with the area, please leave an extra 15-30 minutes from your destination. NO REFUND FOR MISSED OR NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS. To avoid missing your session, please leave an extra 20-30 minutes earlier to arrive on time.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates may be used towards a mini session only if the certificate is equal value of the session. You may pay the difference, but if your certificate is more than the session, there will be no change given. The balance will be applied to a future session.
Cancellation/Postponement:
Sessions are non-refundable but are transferrable if a date change is necessary for a future regular photography session (48 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is appreciated).
Location:
The sessions will be held at my home in Betty's Estate this year. Directions will be emailed to you the morning of.
Health Restrictions:
When you arrive, please remain outside until you are called inside for your session. We spray, clean, and straighten up between each session. If you or anyone in your group is sick please do not visit. Since I photograph babies right out of the womb, I will be wearing a mask. Please do not bring extra people; only bring those who are being photographed.
Appearance:
Everyone must be dressed before arriving. If you choose to wear makeup, you must arrive ready to be photographed. Getting ready takes too much time and digs into our time. Please respect this!
What to Bring/Cooperation/No-Shows:
Happy, napped and well-fed babies only! Cranky babies = cranky-looking pictures. There are no refunds if your child is cranky, does not want to be photographed, can't sit for pictures, or if any member fails to appear or cooperate during portrait session. Babies must be able to sit unsupported.
Weather:
If sessions are cancelled due to inclement weather, the photographer will reschedule an outdoor mini session at the photographer's choice of location at no additional charge. (Applies to outdoor sessions only.)
Discounts:
For each friend that you refer who books any session you receive two extra digitals.
Gallery:
You will receive the best 10 proofing images to select your favorite six from, which will be edited. Please respect this, and do not ask if your gallery has more and to see them (Feel free to book a full session if you want more images). You may, however, purchase the remaining four at $20 per image.
Turnaround Time:
Edited digital images will be delivered within one week after your session. You will have three days to make your favorite selections. Please do not allow your gallery to expire as it will delay delivery of your gallery as well as incur a $50 archival fee. Depending on when your session took place, printed products will arrive after Christmas.
