MINI SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is given up to 20 minutes of shooting time. PLEASE COME DRESSED!!! These are fast paced sessions. If you are late, your session will be for the amount of time left. For example, if your session is at 11:00 but you arrive at 11:10, you will only have 10 minutes left of your session. We will shoot as much as possible within that time frame.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are applied to regular full studio sessions and may not be used towards mini sessions.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable but are transferrable if a date change is necessary for a future regular photography session (48 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is appreciated).
WEATHER: If sessions are cancelled due to inclement weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. (Applies to outdoor sessions only.)
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or members fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. Babies must be able to sit unsupported.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Shannon Decole Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
